We are looking for a Digital Marketing/ Sales Support professional to join our team.
You will be responsible for developing new marketing growth programs. You will test and execute these programs to drive sales for Nio’s Digital Business Platform and for clients using the platform to fuel their own growth.
You are expected to maintain a home office and work onsite at customer locations throughout Trinidad & Tobago.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and execution of Digital Marketing including content creation
Responsible for overseeing all aspects including technical components of marketing campaigns
Oversee Nio's website and automation systems, evaluating website traffic and other data to better understand customer engagement and conversion rates
Conducting product demonstrations to prospects
Onboarding clients to the Digital Business Platform/Transform portal
Preparing Sales Quotations, Proposals and Agreements
MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree (Business, economics or IT)
Digital Marketing and Growth Hacking experience
Excellent technical abilities, strong communication skills, and effective project management abilities
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with CRM, E-commerce, Email and Social Media Marketing, Content Creation tools
Experience with other CRMs e.g. Salesforce MS Dynamics, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.
Experience with eCommerce systems e.g. Magento, WooCommerce, OpenCart, etc.
Technical skills in HTML/CSS, SQL, XML, JS & Python
