Accounts Clerk

--Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India--

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Clerk with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Odoo software.

Responsibilities

Record financial transactions accurately in Odoo
Reconcile bank statements and other accounts regularly
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
Prepare and chase clients and vendors regarding invoices and payments
Assist in GST filing and maintain related records
Calculate and handle TDS payments and file TDS returns on time
Maintain records and VAT for multiple companies and in different currencies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
2-3 years of experience in accounting
Proficiency in Odoo software (preferred)
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and regulations
Experience handling accounts in multiple currencies
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
